Foundation: 365 D20

Knowing your foundation and keeping this information in your heart helps tremendously with your thoughts. You may have a lot of “oh no, what was I thinking” thoughts when you are building your foundation. This is perfectly normal. You will have moments of wanting to do the happy dance because you were able to stand up for yourself. This feels so good! Like a million bricks just instantly fell off your shoulders! Keeping your thoughts on what is right and true is key.

It does not matter what anyone else thinks. It’s all about you! This is your life, you are responsible for one person; love that person, know that person, respect that person! This is Your new job in building a foundation. A foundation that can withstand all threats, conquer all troubles and makes you a much happier and healthier person.

This sounds like a good goal! Practice working on your foundation, keep your values in front of you and smile because you are absolutely amazing!
