Crossing over, running through the path that has been ultimately blue. To be in a place that seeks to forgive, to let go, to beautifully live. Understanding the problems that come into our bean, the obstacles are not really what they seem. A puzzle, a game, something to solve, looking closely, there is no problems at all. The opportunity we find when we change our sight. Changes of I cannot do this to I just might. Explore and discover a life that could be, the perfect scenario, the ultimate key.

Change in perspective sometimes is very hard. Old beliefs that may go back as far as childhood, the deep and powerful beliefs instilled in us by our parents, guardians or siblings. It is very important to test these beliefs to make sure that they are actually yours, to make sure that they actually make sense to you and your life.

One example would be “blood is thicker than water”. Literally, this is true in most cases. Sometimes the blood can become so thick that it begins to clot causing the persons blood not to flow freely to the places it needs to go in order to have a healthy body. If the blood in this situation were actually the family members that becomes so thick and decreases the blood flow there would still be a problem, just like out physical bodies. There would need to be something to thin the blood/family so it can still flow freely. Sometimes the thinner is simply distance and sometimes it needs more than just distance.

There is one thing from childhood, I can always find comfort in and I will always be thankful for is the teaching my mother gave me of the Bible. I have tested it in just about every way possible and there is no other comfort like the one of Jesus. Admittedly, I do not think I would feel as strongly as I do about the Bible and Jesus if it were not for the teachings of yoga. Yoga teaches us to be still, to breathe, to go within, to listen. Jesus feels like the right path for me. His kindness, His love of the Father and for us, His ability to die for us and to come back to life. These two, yoga and Jesus, combined strengthens my relationship with Jesus and with my friends and students. The combination has given me the knowledge and courage to move into a life that feels right. Almost like I am getting to the place, mentally, emotionally and physically that I have always wanted and needed to be. A lifetime or a moment passes by so quickly, know yourself, know what feels right, I am pretty sure these things are the key to happiness.
