In practice, we seek to let go of the past,
all that is harmful, all that is masked
In search for a peace, not inured to,
to find meaning in life a purpose that’s true.
Come to the mat and find the real you.
Yoga is to find union, with our mind, body and spirit. To find ones true self. To have a better understanding of the true purpose, a meaning behind it all. The absolute truth also known as non-duality. No separation, we are not separate from our experiences, we are one with them. A stream of consciousness, flowing always, renewing waters in this stream. The present moment experiences, having awareness of these experiences. Here and now, this is what I am, this is what is experienced. Then it is gone and a new experience begins.
Absolute Reality: having no opinions of, no prejudice or perception. For instance. My mother never bought us grape cool aid, she got terribly sick after drinking it one time, so no one else was allowed to drink it. Today, I really have no option about grape cool aid. I don’t hate it or love it. Having the ability to remove your opinions and other options from objects and situations is not easy but it is possible to see life this way. Things just are what they are, same as people, streams and experiences.
Yoga is to unite with other people that are also in search of this wonderful journey. The beauty awaits, the peacefulness, the joy. Find the courage to seek for yourself. Learn and unlearn beliefs. What is your absolute reality, your absolute truth in this moment.
Much Love 💜 Much Life
